Through in-depth research including ride-alongs with sales representatives, mystery shopping and website analytics, we identified key opportunities in which we could have the greatest impact on a buying decision. These insights helped us to develop a unique and defendable position, along with an experience that would optimize sales and marketing.
A comprehensive branding effort led to the creation of a new logo and tagline that communicated PVP’s strength as an advocate to the veterinary practice. This position became the driving force behind a full-scale marketing and sales strategy. The launch of a redesigned website created a more powerful and enhanced user experience, reducing frustrations and drop out rates in the order process. In addition, a new tradeshow environment and communications proved effective in increasing booth traffic and differentiating the PVP brand.
