Insight

A new vaccine, Calvenza-03, provided valuable protection against the latest strain of the Rhinopneumonitis-Influenza Virus. Discovery led to critical insight into the relationship between Boehringer Ingeleheim, distributors, veterinarians and other influencers. Orchestrating all of these parts to create the ideal selling environment by advancing knowledge and awareness of the need for Calvenza-03 was critical to success.

 

Uncommonsense

Recognizing the need for validation, we focused our initial strategy on educating veterinarians on the need for the new vaccine using third-party clinical research. From there, we positioned Calvenza-03 as the only one of its kind to deliver this essential and uncompromising form of protection. By creating a compelling tradeshow environment and promoting the vaccine through advertising and press kits we were able to help Boehringer Ingelheim successfully boost interest and sales of Calvenza-03 during the critical vaccination season.
