Insurance and Financial Communicators Association Celebrates 75 Years, Embarks on Membership Drive
The Insurance and Financial Communicators Association (I.F.C.A.) turns 75 years old this year and plans to celebrate, in part, by expanding its membership rolls.
Salva O’Renick, a member of the organization, will help with the initiative by providing marketing communications and viral vehicles to drive exposure and membership applications. “We’re proud of our association with I.F.C.A. and will do our part in spreading the good news about the organization and the professional development opportunities it provides to financial services communicators,” said Mark Shrout, I.F.C.A. board member and Managing Partner at Salva O’Renick.
Founded in 1933, the IFCA is an international organization dedicated to the ongoing professional development of its members in life insurance and related financial services communications.
With a focus on the unique challenges and opportunities in the financial services industry, Salva O’Renick has been involved with IFCA as a member organization, corporate sponsor, and workshop presenter. Mark O’Renick, Salva O’Renick CEO, is a frequent workshop presenter and will again present at the 2008 I.F.C.A. University of Communications (UCOMM), being held this in April in Seattle.
