Web Video Production Etiquette

Something that I encounter regularly is the mentality that since a video is going to the web, there is no reason to spend a lot of money or thought on production because the final product is going to be highly compressed anyway.  Although this idea is ’sorta’ true, being able to think critically about a video’s production, even if it is going straight to the web, will lift your video from bush league to the professionals.  And in a world of constant stimulation, every centimeter counts.
